We will be committed to appropriately collaborating with multi-stakeholders based on the importance of creating value in collaboration with various stakeholders, including not only shareholders but also employees, suppliers, customers, creditors, and local communities, in our corporate management. In addition, we will proceed with the following initiatives, based on the importance of appropriately returning profits to our employees and considering our suppliers, from the viewpoint that the appropriate distribution of profits and outcomes generated through collaborative value creation and productivity improvement to multiple stakeholders will lead to maintain the momentum of wage increases and develop sustainable economic.

1.Returning Profits to Employees

We consider that “people are capital.” Therefore, we will be committed to developing employee’s capabilities and skills so that each employee can maximize their abilities and focus on maximizing added value through sustained growth and improved productivity by strategically investing our management resources in growth areas. Based on generated profits and outcomes, and “Principles of Wage Determination,” we will raise wages with appropriate methods that consider our company’s situation. Additionally, as part of comprehensive treatment improvements, we aim for sustainable returns to our employees by actively investing in human resources to improve employee engagement and productivity.
Specifically, regarding raising wages, we will lead to improve employee engagement by being committed to improving employee income through sincere dialogue with labor unions based on economic and social conditions. In addition, regarding investing in human resources, we will be committed to realizing employee’s well-being and developing an environment where they can display their abilities by respecting the diversity of them, providing a variety of training systems according to their career advancement, and establishing a support system for human resources development from all directions including self-learning, external training, and dispatch.
 

2.Consideration for Suppliers

We will continue to be committed to complying with the contents of the Partnership Building Declaration.
If the Partnership Building Declaration is removed from the portal site, we will voluntarily withdraw the publication of our Multi-Stakeholder Policy.

Based on our social activity philosophy, we recognize that we are a member of the international community and are committed to various initiatives with the aim of contributing to regional economic development and growing in harmony with society.
